Open an STL — your own file, or one of the demo models — then add text or a picture. It lands where the middle of the view meets the surface; drag it, turn it, set its size and how deep it is cut. Apply cuts it into the mesh, and the model downloads as an STL you can slice and print.
Yes. The mark is cut into the mesh and follows the surface it sits on instead of being flattened onto it, so it keeps its shape on a bowl, a helmet or a bottle. Before anything is cut, the page says how much of the mark that spot can carry — and offers a flatter one when it cannot.
No. There is no upload, no account and no sign-in: your own browser reads and modifies the model on your device, and the page loads nothing from any other site — no analytics, no trackers, no cookies. The only record kept anywhere is the one every web server keeps: that this page was requested, from which address and when.
Yes, and it comes with no warranty of any kind. It changes a copy in your browser and never touches your original file, but a print is expensive — open the result in your slicer and look at it before you print. Your models stay yours; nothing here claims any right to what you make.
Write to stlemboss@gmail.com — a bug, a model that came out wrong, a question, or something you needed and did not find here. There is no form and no ticket system: it is one mailbox, and I read it.
